Whether you’re stopping in solo or bringing your ʻohana, we’re excited to welcome you into the shop.
Appointments are not required, but if you’re coming with a group of 4 or more, we’d love to know ahead of time so we can make space, prepare our team, and give each guest the time and attention the Uihā experience is known for.
Shipping policy
Each custom hat is carefully made just for you, so it may take a little extra time to process. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait for you to enjoy your one-of-a-kind creation!
Custom hat orders will take 3 - 6 weeks to process but the wait is definitely worth it.
Returns and exchanges
Because each cowboy hat is made just for you, all sales are final. We want you to love your custom creation, so please reach out with any questions before placing your order!
